Affordability initiative for all main campus students
Upon registering for courses, you will be automatically enrolled into the program. Once you've successfully selected your courses, the bookstore will start preparing your order.
Starting 30 days before the first day of classes, you will receive an email to verify your order and select your fulfillment preference. Please respond promptly to complete your order.
An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or when it ships. Your digital materials will be delivered for your course(s) within LearningHub.
An email notification will be sent when your textbooks are due back with instructions for returning or purchasing them.
第一天®完成 is a course materials fulfillment program that lowers the cost of course materials and ensures all main campus students have their required course materials on the first day of class.
Currently, the program is available to all main campus students.
The program provides all required textbooks, 实验室手册, access codes and digital textbook versions to eligible main campus students.
The program does not include consumables that cannot be returned and reused such as lab goggles, 解剖工具, 分子模型试剂盒, engineering kits or nursing kits.
All eligible main campus students will be automatically enrolled in the 第一天®完整程序.
Full-time main campus students will pay a flat fee of $344 per semester for textbook rentals as part of the 第一天®完成 program.
Anything below or above this amount will be adjusted on the student's bill after the drop-add date for fall semester at the rate of $21.50/credit hour below or above 16 credits.
学生 are responsible for shipping costs if they opt to have their materials delivered.
学生 will be responsible for purchasing their required course materials through the bookstore.
学生 will receive emails and phone calls to remind them to verify their order. 学生 who do not verify their order and do not opt-out will still be charged for the 第一天®完成 program.
是的. If a student has verified their order and did not opt-out of the program, they will still be charged.
是的, you will have 48 hours to return your textbooks. If you do not return the textbooks, you will still be charged the book rental fee.
是的, the program provides you with the option to purchase textbooks at a reduced rate during the return period.
是的, you will still be required to return continuation course textbooks. You will be issued the same title for the next semester of the continuation course.
You will be billed for the full price of any book you do not return.
The deadline to return all rental textbooks is the last day of finals. 学生 will receive email reminders about the rental deadline to their email address.
You may return the book to the bookstore on the same terms and timelines currently in place. If you drop a class and enroll in a different class, the bookstore will “swap” the required textbooks/codes so that you have what you need.
